Huntley said, “Essentially our intention with Catvertising was to spoof the new model/structure videos that agencies and digital companies do all the time. Like we did last year with our Pink Ponies parody of case videos.

“We didn’t copy Kittywood and were unaware of the video while developing the idea. We did many searches on catvertising and cat videos in general, and nothing came up related to Kittywood.

“We tried to communicate with Joe directly as soon as we saw the Kittywood comments coming through, but we didn’t hear back.”

For his part, Nicolosi is losing interest.

“It’s become more of like a big deal, which makes me a little bit uncomfortable,” he said, “because I don’t want to seem like a negative person.”

Two days after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Jacksonville-based shipper Trailer Bridge has announced that its stock will be delisted.

The action will take effect the opening of business on Nov. 28. Nasdaq will file with the Securities and Exchange to remove the company’s from listing and registration.

After it’s delisted, the company’s stock may be traded on the OTC Bulletin Board or the Pink OTC Markets, Inc. but only if a market maker applies to quote the company’s common stock.

On Wednesday, the company, headquarter on New Berlin Road, filed for Chapter 11 after it was unable to refinance $83.5 million in bonds that were due Tuesday.

The euro debt crisis has spiralled into a new phase this past week. Italy and Greece now have new governments largely made of specialists, and France moved to the centre of attention.

Markets and the Paris government were stunned when Standard Poors mistakenly downgraded France. This triggered a flurry of political activity and strong reactions of the bond market. Stefan Grobe talks about the situation with Gilles Moec, head of European Economics at Deutsche Bank in London.
